Set up and run this Jekyll site locally

The focus on is on editing content and letting the theme take care of virtually all the appearance and templating concerns. So, for simple site with few pages, you might be happy doing all the editing on GitHub and your testing on the deploy GH Pages site.

For more quality control, you can set up the site with a local dev server.

See instructions in this repo’s docs.
